Caprino d'Alpe - 500gr


Caprino from Alpe (mountain goat’s cheese) is a cheese typical to the traditions of the area produced with only local goat's milk and only in the summer months. Its paste is ivory in colour and with months of ageing becomes brown and firm. Ageing takes place on ash boards and in natural caves. The taste is full and typical of the Caprino region with an aftertaste of herbs and alpine flowers.

Ingredients: goat's milk, curd and salt.
It pairs well with red wines
