MICROBREWERY ETICO 19 is located in the historic center of Spello, a small village in the province of Perugia, region of Umbria, on the slopes of Mount Subasio.
Adjacent to the tasting room, the micro-laboratory produces monthly approximately 18 hectoliters of beer in three 600 liter crushers, characterized by the use of the so-called, "Forgotten Fruits". Given the specialization of the production, the microbrewery is always looking for high quality products. The raw materials used in the manufacturing process are monitored and controlled before every single crush. Only the highest quality semi-finished products are researched in making the malts, not only guaranteeing a 100% traceability factor but allowing more time to pay attention to the aromatization process of the beer.
The products have no added preservatives of any kind, are neither filtered nor pasteurized, and the yeast is kept in the bottle to retain the "raw" properties of beer.
