Thanks to the hard work of all of the partners who make up the Social Cooperative, the Orbetello Lagoon preserves the irreplaceable cultural heritage of ancient fishing techniques, the result of centuries-old experience and still used today for fishing in the Lagoon. Traditional recipes are still handed down and preserved, which date back to the period when Orbetello was the State capital, under the Spaniards.
