Main ingredients: candied orange peels, melon and citron, Almonds, Sugar, Wheat flour, honey, mixed spices.

The white gingerbread was born in 1879 by the apothecary Enrico Righi, on the occasion of the visit to Siena of Queen Margherita of Savoy, when she was offered a white gingerbread covered by vanilla sugar. It's sweet and delicate, with fragrant vanilla scent and with melon and candied citron.
